Wikipedia has information unrelated to Futurama |
Paris is the capital of France. By the 31st century, it remains a vibrant city, being often the site of important events worldwide, such as New Year's Eve of both 1999 and 2999 (1ACV01).
Paris in Futurama
It was implied by Calculon that Paris was the current location of Project Satan, though it turned out that it remained in the abandoned Chrysler factory (2ACV18). Something may suggest that it is the home of Pazuzu and his son (4ACV09). Paris is also known as the location of the Eiffel Tower, but in 3010 the Tower was replaced by the Big Ben, due to the stopping of the Earthican rotation (6ACV08). However, the Big Ben was, in turn, immediately replaced by the Statue of Liberty.
